Shipping and Handling
- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at info@craftsports.us and please provide your original order number located on your packing slip (see below).
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
- Unfortunately package theft is becoming more and more of an issue these days. Craft sends out the tracking to ensure customers are aware of when the package will deliver and have the option to check and see where the package is while in transit, so you are prepared for receipt. For more detailed daily tracking information please sign up for UPS MY CHOICE to follow each stop of your packages route to its final destination.
Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Please ensure that both the product and packaging are in their original condition and remember to include the bottom portion of the packing slip with your return.
- Free Return Shipping: Enjoy free return shipping on eligible items using the prepaid return label you get when following the steps via our online return system.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return Conditions: Items must be in NEW, sellable condition, with all tags attached and in the original box or packaging. We cannot accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or altered items. Clearance/sale items, briefs, boxers, undershorts, and underpants are not returnable.
- Shoes: Please contact us at info@craftports.us before returning any worn shoes, as they are not eligible for a full refund.
- Rivs Collection: Items from the Rivs collection are non-returnable and non-refundable, as proceeds support a charitable cause.
- Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which will be the sender’s responsibility.
- Processing Time: After shipping your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
- Having trouble with your return? Unfortunately, algorithms sometimes have a mind of their own and do not always assist us as we expect. If you are trying to return a full price item (that is eligible for return) and the system is not cooperating, please reach out to info@craftsports.us with your order number, the item (s) to send back and the reason for the return and we will respond within 72 business hours to help process the return for you.

Important:
The original shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send this shipment to us by prepaid UPS, Fed Ex or US Postal Service. Please insure the shipment as we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. Tell us the reason for your return and include a daytime telephone number, email and the original delivery note with card details for funds crediting.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. You can return your unwanted item under the conditions above, to the address above. You will receive a refund back to your original form of payment and you may place a new order at any time.
Gift Returns and/or Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges for items received as gifts. Instead, any returned items will result in a refund issued back to the original payment method used by the purchaser. This means that the refund will not be provided to the gift recipient, but rather to the person who made the original payment. You can initiate a return following the Craft Return Portal if you know the email address of the purchaser and the order number starting with 14, 15 or 16.
Warranty/Defective Items
Warranty related issues on items purchased through an authorized Craft dealer needs to be directed to your original point of purchase. Please do not send damaged or defective items back to Craft.
Any product purchased directly from Craft Sportswear North America may be warrantied up to 1 year due to any manufacturing defect. Please email the following to info@craftsports.us -
