QUESTION:  I am not sure what size I would be for your items; can you please provide some help?
ANSWER:  Sizing can be tricky from one brand to the other. Being a Swedish brand our product tend to be lean and long which can be seen as an athletic fit. If you are typically between sizes with most brands you may want to consider going up one size.

QUESTION:
Can you tell me where pockets and zippers are on this item?
ANSWER:  Sometimes it is hard to see all the product details but on the item product page, there are images of the products showing the style and location of the pockets and zipper. You will also see the details in the Product Descriptions that outlines the product’s features and benefits. For more information, please email us at info@craftsports.us

 

Returns, Exchanges and Damages:


Having trouble with your return? Unfortunately, algorithms sometimes have a mind of their own and do not always assist us as we expect. If you are trying to return a full price item (that is eligible for return) and the system is not cooperating, please reach out to info@craftsports.us with your order number, the item (s) to send back and the reason for the return and we will respond within 72 business hours to help process the return for you.

QUESTION: I would like to change sizes of an item that I ordered; can you please provide an exchange for me?
ANSWER: We ship everyday to get you what you ordered ASAP. If the order has shipped before we hear from you, we cannot exchange the item. You can return the item to us if the fit is not correct as long as it is returned with tags and original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once our inventory team has received the return, we will issue a refund. In the meantime, you can order the correct size or wait for the refund which can take up to 10 business days.


QUESTION: I just placed my order and entered the wrong size. What can I do?
ANSWER: We have done the same and it is no fun. Please email us at info@craftsports.us and we will do our best to change the size for you. We will respond to your email and advise.


QUESTION: Can I return an item that was on clearance or on sale?
ANSWER: Unfortunately, no. All sale and clearance items are final sale.

QUESTION: My Order number is not recognized by the return page, can you assist?
ANSWER: Please use the five-digit purchase order number located on your packing slip. This number along with your email is all you need to start the return process.  


QUESTION: I am using the number and it is still not working.
ANSWER: We have a 30-day return policy, If you are trying to return an item after 30 days, please email this request to our customer care team at info@craftsports.us for review.

QUESTION: My item is defective; can you send a replacement/refund?
ANSWER: Now that stinks. Sorry about that. If purchased on our website please email us at info@craftsports.us with a photo(s) of the issue along with your order # and we will advise on the return/exchange of your defective product. Please note: We have a one-year warranty when purchased online from Craft Sportswear US. If you purchased it at one of our awesome retailers please work with them.


QUESTION: I bought this item in a store but has a defect. Can you replace it or issue a refund?
ANSWER: Retailers have their own return and warranty policies and are not defined by Craft Sportswear. You will need to reach out to the store where purchased.

 

Promo Codes:

QUESTION: My promo code is not working, can you assist?
ANSWER: Ugh, no fun. Sorry for the hassle. Please place your order and then email us at info@craftsports.us with your order number (you can forward us your order confirmation) and we will make the correction and refund you the discount.

 

Price Adjustment Policy:

If an item is further reduced in price within 4 days of when you purchased it and the purchase was made without a promo code applied, Macy's will refund the difference in price to your original form of payment. You must present your receipt or order number for us to look up.

 

Shipping:

QUESTION: I placed my order with 2-day shipping, it has been 3 days, why have I not received it?
ANSWER: Orders placed on a Friday after 1:30pm EST, on a weekend day, or holiday will be processed for shipping the NEXT business day. Once shipped, your order will arrive within the days of your preferred shipping method.


QUESTION: Do you ship outside of the US?
ANSWER: We currently are only able to ship within the Continental United States.


QUESTION: Can I order Craft product from another country and have it shipped to me?
ANSWER: Yes, you can. Please reach out directly to the site you are looking at and confirm they will ship to you in the US. It can be timely and expensive to ship overseas.
