"I want to call out what an exceptional brand Craft Sports has been to work with. I placed an order on Sunday afternoon with a tight deadline, and I reached out to customer service right away to ask about expedited shipping and whether they offered a volume discount for larger orders. Early the next morning, I received a thoughtful reply letting me know that their fulfillment warehouse is also based in Seattle, so expedited shipping wouldn’t be necessary. They assured me the order would be fulfilled that day and shipped immediately, and they confirmed that a volume discount would be applied. The order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my home early Wednesday afternoon. The jackets are truly beautiful, and I know my team will love them.
