True to size, needs pockets
"This skirt runs true to size, and therefore will be described as “running small. ” However, if you are a true 0/XS who has found yourself falling off the left side of size charts, this skirt will actually fit you the way XS used to fit before vanity sizing turned me into a 00/XXS even though I have gained weight rather than lost it (currently 5’2”, 105#). It is flattering instead of making me look like a traffic cone, like most short skirts do. I bought it on clearance and it is well worth that price. There are three major flaws. First, the zipper does fall down gradually because there’s no stopper or clasp (this is a serious design flaw, actually) although it’s not terrible and if you are concerned about that, it would be best to size up. Second, there are no pockets. It’s a slim fit skirt, but a phone pocket on the stretch side would have been easy to include and greatly enhanced the utility of the skirt. Third, the thin tight elastic band around the top of the waist is not comfortable. I have a 24” waist but the elastic cuts in when I sit down even though the rest of the wide stretch waistband is actually a little bit loose. It would have been much better for the waist to have been a thick ribbed elastic band rather than this tight thin elastic that feels like a ponytail rubber band and that cannot be removed. Still, for under $30 at REI I can’t complain. The skirt is warm without being thick and looks very cute, so I will keep it to wear over leggings in the winter."

Size
"I have a waist of 24 , very petite person. XS was tight on my waist . Maybe a review would have helped me decide size. I am always a xsmall . But with your products I should of been a small in many things I have ordered from your company"

Cute and warm
"Great little warm skirt good for xc skiing or just kicking around town. Bought the black one in my regular size (small for 5'6" 130 lbs) and it fits well and is quite flattering. The zipper problem other customers spoke of exists, but isn't super inconvenient as the unzip is very limited."

Storm Thermal Skirt
"Love this little bum warmer skirt! Have another is black & it got workout this past winter. I have tried other ski skirts but all of them have been too restrictive in movement! So I bought this red/pink one off season! I love to layer it over leggings to keep warm & fashionable!"

Waiting for snow
"So far it looks and feels great. I haven’t been able to wear it yet for skiing since we have no snow. Thinking about just wearing it around town. Hoping for snow in the meantime."

Great extra layer
"These are a great extra layer for me. I hike a lot and it’s just adds a bit more coverage to my thermal leggings. I don’t feel so exposed running around town after an outing either. Very comfortable!"

winter look with skirt
"Love my new skirt. It fits perfectly. I got an extra small, for my 26" waist/34" hips. The elastic strip is a little narrow to feel like it fits just right vs a band with wider elastic. I love the look with tights when it's cold instead of always wearing pants."

It fits.
"The side zipper needed a hook to keep it from unzipping, so I sewed one in. Haven't worn it yet."
