Return Conditions: Items must be in NEW, sellable condition, with all tags attached and in the original box or packaging. We cannot accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or altered items. Clearance/sale items, briefs, boxers, undershorts, and underpants are not returnable.
Shoes: Please contact us at info@craftports.us before returning any worn shoes, as they are not eligible for a full refund.
Rivs Collection: Items from the Rivs collection are non-returnable and non-refundable, as proceeds support a charitable cause.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which will be the sender’s responsibility.
Processing Time: After shipping your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Designed for consistent moisture management and long-lasting comfort, these functional bib shorts are made from elastic, durable polyamide that keeps you dry and fresh throughout your cycling workouts. An ergonomic bib construction paired with breathable mesh fabric delivers a secure, supportive fit with enhanced ventilation. The Infinity C4 Pad features a gender-specific, ergonomic design with a 3-layer foam construction—high-density foam at the center for support and softer foam at the edges for comfort—ensuring a smooth, distraction-free ride. Wide, elastic leg endings with silicone print keep the shorts firmly in place, while UPF 50+ protection adds coverage for long days in the saddle.

- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
