Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which will be the sender’s responsibility.

- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.

Too stiff for me
"I am not a hardcore trail runner, but when my hip is not barking at me, I enjoy some trail work. I liked the Craft Endurance 2 and so I thought I'd try these for something that could take a beating and provide some protection and traction. Yikes. I tried these on and was very confused. I then went back and re-read the description. Perhaps there is indeed some re-bound when put to work, but I just couldn't get beyond how rock-hard they felt on my foot. I wasn't going to leave a review and instead just pass this opinion back to Craft, but I couldn't find contact info on the USA site."
