Return Conditions: Items must be in NEW, sellable condition, with all tags attached and in the original box or packaging. We cannot accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or altered items. Clearance/sale items, briefs, boxers, undershorts, and underpants are not returnable.
Shoes: Please contact us at info@craftports.us before returning any worn shoes, as they are not eligible for a full refund.
Rivs Collection: Items from the Rivs collection are non-returnable and non-refundable, as proceeds support a charitable cause.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which will be the sender’s responsibility.
Processing Time: After shipping your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Nordlite Ultra Pro, The Gravel Racer, is built for elite athletes and everyday runners chasing speed and responsive performance, making it an ideal choice for fast-paced gravel races like the Western States Endurance Run.
The Cr Foam Pro™ midsole, containing 25% PEBA, delivers exceptional stability, cushioning, and energy rebound with a remarkably lightweight feel. Crafted through a non-toxic, reusable supercritical process, it offers a sustainable approach to high-performance cushioning. The Vittoria® traction outsole, featuring a V-formation tread pattern inspired by the Barso mountain bike tire, provides speed and control across varied terrain from road to light trail.
A lightweight TPU mesh upper enhances breathability while keeping grit and debris out, while a reinforced midfoot lining, padded mesh tongue, stable heel cup, and added heel padding ensure secure lock-in, stability, and comfort through every stride.

- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
