Shoes: Please contact us at info@craftports.us before returning any worn shoes, as they are not eligible for a full refund.
Rivs Collection: Items from the Rivs collection are non-returnable and non-refundable, as proceeds support a charitable cause.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which will be the sender’s responsibility.
Processing Time: After shipping your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Product Details
Everyday Hydro Jacket is a wind and waterproof bike jacket built for daily commutes and everyday rides in wet and windy conditions. Designed to provide dependable weather protection, this jacket features a durable two layer construction with taped seams to help keep rain and wind out. Ventilation openings at the side panels support airflow during active rides, while elastic edging at the sleeve ends and bottom hem helps seal in warmth and block the elements. Two zippered front pockets offer secure storage, and reflective prints and details enhance visibility in low light conditions. A shaped and adjustable helmet compatible hood can be folded away and secured at the back collar when not in use, making this jacket a practical and versatile choice for everyday cycling.

- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
