For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.

"This jacket is wonderful. I have owned it for about 3 months now and have been using it routinely in Northeast winter months. As someone who is typically cold, I am very impressed with it's ability to keep me warm on winter runs. I think it is important to note that this jacket will keep you warm once you have a little bit of heat going from a light jog. It is lightweight, effectively blocks the wind, and sheds heat and moisture well during high output cardio. I primarily use this jacket for running in temps below 30 degrees F, and have a longsleeve shirt underneath. I love the length of the sleeves (I am 5'10" and have long arms), the cut is flattering, and it does a great job of keeping me comfortable throughout my runs."

"Love the subz running jacket so much i have 2. These are amazingly warm, lightweight and remain fairly water resistant in light rain. Highly recommend for runners or for to and from the gym when rains keep you in doors. Excellent in 40 degree weather and so easy to layer."
