These advanced running tights are ideal for your workout regimen, equipped with wind-protective Ventair Wind front, reflective print, and light padding. The tights have a brushed, warming jersey made of recycled polyester on the upper, back, and lower legs for your utmost comfort. The wide waistband and elastic inside offer a snug fit. They come with concealed zippers at leg endings and a concealed zip pocket at the back waistband.

Minnesota loves the padding

"I'm from MN and these are proving wonderful in winter even in single digit temps (but I am acclimated to this weather). I am 5'2" 150lbs. The M are long and baggy in the legs but fit better in the waist than the small. Not sure how I feel about the high waist yet. I loved my old tights. They lasted for many years. I love Craft gear!"

Very loose in shins / calves

"I was really excited to get these leggings, and overall they are great quality. I was just a little surprised and disappointed at how loose they are in the calves. I am 5'2" 105 lbs and ordered the Small. It fits fine everywhere else, just very loose in the bottom halves of my legs. I'm wondering if this is maybe the intended fit? I can sort of fix it with socks but it's really disappointing, especially given the price."

The Craft Women's ADV SubZ Lumen Padded Tights 4.0 are designed to provide warmth and comfort during cold weather activities. Here's a general sizing guide to help you choose the right size: X-Small (XS): Waist 25-26 inches, Hip 34-35 inches Small (S): Waist 27-28 inches, Hip 36-37 inches Medium (M): Waist 29-30 inches, Hip 38-39 inches Large (L): Waist 31-32 inches, Hip 40-41 inches X-Large (XL): Waist 33-34 inches, Hip 42-43 inches If you are between sizes, it's usually a good idea to go with the larger size for a more comfortable fit, especially with padded tights.
What's the main difference between these and the Womens ADV Subz Warm Running Tights 3?
These pants are Lumen- which means reflective and will reflect car and street lights when shined on them. They also have a bit more padding that the Women's ADV Subz Warm Running tights. Both are great for ourdoor cold running.
Hello, May I ask what you mean by padded? (i.e. like cycling tights?)
On the front thighs down to the knees is extra thin layer of padding to protect from the wind and the cold. Like a vest layer but on your thighs.
Do these tights have windproof material in the rear/seat? My bum is what really gets chilly on winter runs.
These tights are great for cold running as they have the wind protection on the front but unfortunately not on the bum. Have you considered adding a skirt? The ADV Nordic Training skirt is awesome as it covers the bum and has a great side slit zipper that makes running easier. Well- running is still hard but it allows for more movement . I love my skirt!
