ADV Essence Short Tights are instant-favorite training tights offering great fit and excellent function during high-intensity workouts. The short tights are made of recycled polyester and elastane jersey and feature a V-shaped waistband with concealed zip pocket.

"Love these shorts! No Camel toe and didn't ride up. Holds my phone- Comfortable! The material feels great. Bought a few more pairs for my running partners. We all look so pro ! 50k in a few months and planning to wear these. It's hard to find knee high spandex shorts where your butt doesn't hang out. "The length on the shorts are perfect and they stay put all day long. I usually have a problem with shorts slowly coming up on my leg, but these shorts dont do that and they are a perfect while running. Another feature of these shorts is the fabric.
