- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.

Not all over reflective
"The hat is a fairly normal hat but the "an all over reflective print" claim is not true. The only reflective elements are the front and side edge of the brim, a small decal on the front, and a small decal on the back. The rest of the hat is slightly shiny but not otherwise reflective at all. I tried to return the hat but they have a no return policy. I can't recommend this hat."
