Return Conditions: Items must be in NEW, sellable condition, with all tags attached and in the original box or packaging. We cannot accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or altered items. Clearance/sale items, briefs, boxers, undershorts, and underpants are not returnable.
Shoes: Please contact us at info@craftports.us before returning any worn shoes, as they are not eligible for a full refund.
Rivs Collection: Items from the Rivs collection are non-returnable and non-refundable, as proceeds support a charitable cause.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which will be the sender’s responsibility.
Processing Time: After shipping your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Warm Comfort Pants are lightweight performance base layer pants engineered to deliver exceptional warmth, moisture management, and comfort during high-intensity workouts in cold conditions. Constructed from lightweight thermal yarns made with recycled materials, these technical base layer pants feature body-mapped climate zones that optimize temperature regulation by providing targeted insulation and ventilation where you need it most. A seamless 3D knit construction with minimal seams creates a smooth, chafe-free fit, while four-way stretch ensures unrestricted freedom of movement throughout every activity. Designed for alpine skiing and other cold-weather pursuits, these high-performance base layer pants keep you warm, dry, and comfortable when temperatures range from -15°C to -5°C. - Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
