Shoes: Please contact us at info@craftports.us before returning any worn shoes, as they are not eligible for a full refund.
Rivs Collection: Items from the Rivs collection are non-returnable and non-refundable, as proceeds support a charitable cause.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which will be the sender’s responsibility.

Product Details
Urban Padded Parka is an insulated cold weather jacket designed to keep you warm and comfortable in truly cold winter conditions. Featuring a clean and minimalist design, this parka transitions easily from casual winter walks to more refined everyday settings. A longer silhouette provides added coverage and protection when temperatures drop.
Made from a durable and water repellent outer fabric, the parka is insulated with recycled polyester to help retain warmth while staying dry during wet fall and winter days. Taped seams in critical areas enhance weather protection, while an adjustable hood and adjustable waist allow a personalized fit and refined silhouette. Two large front pockets and an inner zip chest pocket offer practical storage, and elastic cuffs with thumb holes help seal in warmth. Side slits with press buttons at the hem improve freedom of movement, and a two way zipper adds everyday versatility.

- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
