Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Please
ensure that both the product and packaging are in their original condition and remember to include the
bottom portion of the packing slip with your return.
Free Return Shipping: Enjoy free return shipping on eligible items using the prepaid

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Conditions: Items must be in NEW, sellable condition, with all tags attached and
in the original box or packaging. We cannot accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.
Clearance/sale items, briefs, boxers, undershorts, and underpants are not returnable.
Shoes: Please contact us at info@craftports.us before returning any worn shoes, as they
are not eligible for a full refund.
Rivs Collection: Items from the Rivs collection are non-returnable and non-refundable,
as proceeds support a charitable cause.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from
www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which
will be the sender’s responsibility.
Processing Time: After shipping your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Having trouble with your return? Unfortunately, algorithms sometimes have a mind of their own and do not
always assist us as we expect. If you are trying to return a full price item (that is eligible for
return) and the system is not cooperating, please reach out to info@craftsports.us with your order
number, the item (s) to send back and the reason for the return and we will respond within 72 business
hours to help process the return for you.

Shipping & Handling
Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
