- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. - Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
