Shoes: Please contact us at info@craftports.us before returning any worn shoes, as they are not eligible for a full refund.
Rivs Collection: Items from the Rivs collection are non-returnable and non-refundable, as proceeds support a charitable cause.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which will be the sender’s responsibility.

Essence Hybrid Glove is a 2-in-1 training glove with brushed inside and a wind- and waterproof tuck-away mitten for quick adjustment to changing weather conditions. Use the outer mitten to protect your hands on wet and windy days. The glove part is made of an elastic and functional fabric with a grid-structured inside for extra warmth and comfort.

Shipping & Handling
- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
