"I am 5'10 152 - I probably should have gotten a small - but sized up to a medium - kinda glad I did - there is really nothing to these shorts in terms of the "weight" of them - there is NOT any type of liner - I will require some type of base layer when I use these both for some added warmth in the shoulder season and also for some sense of decency - Craft - you can do better on these."
